Years of experience
We often say: “You have to be where the player is!”.
We can therefore regularly be found in various casinos in the Netherlands and abroad. To speak with games of chance providers, to provide training, but also to advise and see how things are going in practice.
In addition to all the information and practical experiences we gain through working with our partners, we are intensively involved with the ever-changing legislation and regulations in the Netherlands and abroad. We closely monitor local and national legislation and regulations.
And we use this information to realize our mission.
Consultancy
We advise casinos on addiction prevention policy and its implementation. Carrying out the duty of care as best as possible.
Many of our partners have been with us for years, where we continuously make improvements to the addiction prevention policy in collaboration within the casino.
We offer customization, where we tailor the needs and wishes of the casinos according to the legally required guidelines.
Designing an appropriate addiction prevention policy is our strength. Collaborate, listen and relieve worries so that the casinos can focus on what they are good at.
Courses
In 2010 we founded the Casino Academy. The Casino Academy is a complete package of lessons, courses and training that we can offer ready-to-use or tailor-made.
The Casino Academy offers a very broad and coherent range of training and trainers for casinos and their employees. It is also possible to tailor our (online) courses to your wishes.
Add modules, offer on-boarding courses or offer the platform entirely in your own corporate identity to your employees? Everything is possible!
For the Players
We combine all our acquired knowledge, experience and strengths for the interests of the player. We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for the player to find the right information.
We offer accessible and free help to players. We provide tips for responsible gaming, we offer advice on specific problems and we can help players find appropriate care.
The player and self-control over gambling behavior always comes first.
